Certification Process

Certification can be a useful tool to add credibility, by demonstrating that your product or service meets the expectations of your customers. For some industries, certification is a legal or contractual requirement.

Certification refers to the confirmation of certain characteristics of an object, person, or organisation. This confirmation is often provided by some form of external review, education, assessment, or audit. Accreditation is a specific organisation’s process of certification.
